Duty Supervisor/ Bar Manager Part Time

The Nags Head Hotel, Adamstown is seeking a professional, experienced shift supervisor. This role is casual with the opportunity to progress to permanent part-time for the right candidate. The successful applicant will have the following:

Proven success in a Hospitality Management role and the desire to work cohesively within, as well as lead a team of 20 .
The ability to professionally supervise, train and direct staff to provide a great customer experience within our venue
A genuine focus and strong background in bar, restaurant and gaming
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A great eye for detail and venue presentation
Current RSA and RCG certificates/competency cards
A genuine passion for the industry, its patrons and the people that work within it
Working a fast-paced, bustling venue with a strong focus on delivering high standards and exceptional product;
Responsible for developing the skills of the staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest relationships.
Maintain a strong focus on gaming operations

Applicants will have previously worked in a supervisor or management position.

This position will require you to perform your duties over a mix of predominantly afternoon and evening shifts. A roster incorporating weekend shifts will be necessary to ensure you are present during the busy periods.
